Care instructions:

All the jewelry can be washed gently, in warm soapy water. The stones might not survive a fall to the floor. Sterling and fine silver can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth. Do not use silver dip as it strips away the metal and if your piece has stones, it can damage the surface. Opals and Kyanite are particularly delicate. So be gentle with them.  High dome rings need to be worn with care.

Processing time and approximate Shipping times:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  It is usually one business day. 

Covid 19 has delayed shipping in the USA and world wide. In the US expect your package to take 4 days longer. International is unpredictable at this time.

North America: 3-7 business days. Domestic shipping is $8.50 flat rate for one item only. This includes insurance and first class mailing with USPS

Europe: 7-14 business days. Shipping rates will apply.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days. Shipping rates will apply.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns:

I gladly accept returns. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery of your order.  Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery. The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale

• If you used AfterPay, unless there is an issue with your jewelry
  

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
